FAQs

What does Van Dalen do?

Van Dalen is a B2B/B2G marketing content firm dedicated exclusively to the IT and security industries. We relieve tech marketing teams from the pressing need for content production and bridge the gap between engineers and decision makers to show the true value of technology in a digital world.
Specifically, we write marketing content, plus provide graphic design and web development services to B2B/B2G IT and security companies.

How do you work with clients?

Check out our services page for the specifics. Our sweet spot is working with marketing teams as ongoing partners on a monthly basis, but we also tackle independent and special projects.

What do your services cost?

This varies a whole lot depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, so let’s talk about it! If we’re talking ballpark, the average Van Dalen client pays fees comparable to the following:
  • Content development-monthly fee: starting at $5,000 per month
  • Content strategy build: $33,000
  • SEO consulting: $20,000+
  • New website or app: $10,000-$40,000+
  • Graphic design: Per asset pricing ranges from $200-$5,000
  • Content development: Per asset pricing ranges from $200-$8,000+

We're not an IT or security company.
Can you still help us with our marketing content?

Sadly, no. We specialize in IT and security because we’re experts in those industries, so we’re most confident when writing, designing, or developing in the IT and security space. We’d be doing you a disservice if we took on your project.

Can you meet with our team on site?

Absolutely! We will need your organization to plan in advance and cover travel costs, but we’re always happy to meet you in person.

We're interested in an ongoing partnership, but we don't want to commit right away because we want to make sure you're a good fit. Can we do a test project?

Yep. We encourage it.

Do you work with startups?

Not often. Feel free to give us a shout and we can certainly determine whether we’re a good fit for you. Generally speaking, we work with mid to large-sized companies.
